Institutional diversity and comparative analysis: China, US and the EU

In the context of the widening geopolitical divide, MetaLawEcon aims to create a space for comparative institutional analysis capable of countering the intellectual and practical insulation of institutional arrangements across the EU, US and China. We are currently developing a network of interdisciplinary scholars interested in a wide range of institutional domains. In the coming period the members of the network will engage in comparative research on specific institutional arragnements such as regulatory framework of money markets, political cadre selection process, fintech ecosystem dynamic, green investment strategy and others while reconsidering the epistemic aims of comparison itself.
